Thai Yoga –Redefining Your Yoga Experience
By Gabriel Azoulay

Thai Yoga is a practice where students learn how to move their body, through very specific positioning and breathing, creating a focus and an energetic exchange that is very similar to any Yoga class. Rather than focusing on the other, in Thai Yoga the focus is primarily on the experience of the practitioner. Practitioners develop a new understanding to why Yoga is translated as ‘union.’

Freedom of the Mind – Freedom of the Hips
6 to 7 December

NLP mind techniques for Yogis with Helene Liu and Michel Besnard

Would you like to learn “mind” techniques that allow you to exponentially improve not only your “body” asana practice, but also your effectiveness in the world in general? Would you like to understand the ONE part of the anatomy that has a direct effect on your whole asana practice?

In this body & mind workshop, you will be introduced to the basis of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) with some simple techniques that assist you with mastering your mind and your representation of reality, changing it if needed, and living a more centred and meaningful life.

You will also have a better understanding of the anatomy of the hips, how it affects our stance, and its direct relationship with most of the asanas, whether we do standing / sitting back bends or inverted poses.

Let Michel and Helene guide you into a deeper emotional, mental and physical foundation of your asanas practice!
